United States Supreme Court reaches opinion on Polling Place identity proof:
The Supreme Court has agreed with the ID laws in Indiana. Indiana's laws require a photo ID to vote, Arizona's do not whereas Indiana allows voting a provisional ballot without ID but Arizona does require ID to vote a provisional ballot. Download a PDF of the decision in the download section.
